Today’s post will look at the Ventura County real estate market in June 2018. Inventory remains over the 2 month level for the 3rd month in a row. Prices are up 7.9% from last year and up 4.1% from last month.

This data is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and may not contain information on properties that were sold off market. Number of homes sold does not include residential income, lots and lands, or commercial.
